The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Supervisor, you will lead and develop a team of TA Coordinators across Solventum hubs. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance, and delivering a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience. Through proactive planning, coaching, and process innovation, you’ll help shape the future of TA operations at Solventum.
You will make an impact by:
Leading, coaching, and mentoring Talent Acquisition Coordinators across all Solventum hubs, fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and a culture of operational excellence. Provide regular feedback and development opportunities to build a high-performing, customer-centric team.
Overseeing day-to-day operations of the TA coordination function, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all activities, including offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
Monitoring and analyzing team performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), maintaining a consistent focus on improving customer and candidate experience.
Identifying trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities across workflows, using data insights to drive efficiency, enhance compliance, and strengthen the overall service experience.
Ensuring full compliance with Solventum’s Business Conduct Policies, GDPR, and local labor legislation while embedding global recruiting standards and ethical practices into daily operations.
Maintaining and managing process documentation, job aids, and templates, ensuring all materials are accurate, standardized, and aligned with global data policies.
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability, empowering the team to challenge the status quo and deliver solutions that improve the TA experience for candidates, hiring managers, and business partners.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (3+) years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, recruiting coordination, or HR shared services.
Experience with Workday
Experience managing SLAs, operational metrics, and process improvement initiatives.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Proficiency in English and an additional language (e.g., Spanish, Polish, German, Italian, or French).
Strong communication and organizational skills and able to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Experience supporting recruitment in manufacturing, engineering, or technical environments, with familiarity with HRIS tools, e-signature platforms (e.g., Dropbox Sign), or reporting dashboards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to influence operational decisions.
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
