As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Recruiter, you will play a key role in building our talent pipeline and ensuring we match the right candidates to the right clients.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to interview coordination, while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience and quality.

πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates for roles such as:

    • Home Care Virtual Assistants

    • Bookkeepers

    • Executive Assistants

    • Other client-specific roles

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

  • Coordinate and assist in final interviews

  • Manage and update candidates in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

  • Conduct reference checks and background verification

  • Prepare and track pre-training requirements for endorsed candidates

  • Ensure smooth coordination between candidates, hiring team, and internal departments

  • Maintain organized documentation and recruitment trackers

  • At least 1 year experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with recruitment tools and systems

  • Ability to work full-time in Eastern Time (US hours)

  • Strong coordination and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
