As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Recruiter, you will play a key role in building our talent pipeline and ensuring we match the right candidates to the right clients.
You will handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to interview coordination, while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience and quality.
Source qualified candidates for roles such as:
Home Care Virtual Assistants
Bookkeepers
Executive Assistants
Other client-specific roles
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate and assist in final interviews
Manage and update candidates in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Conduct reference checks and background verification
Prepare and track pre-training requirements for endorsed candidates
Ensure smooth coordination between candidates, hiring team, and internal departments
Maintain organized documentation and recruitment trackers
At least 1 year experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Bachelorβs Degree required
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Tech-savvy and comfortable with recruitment tools and systems
Ability to work full-time in Eastern Time (US hours)
Strong coordination and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
