Shift:

TheCoordinator,TalentAcquisitionassists in the hiring process through the successful pre-boarding of our external candidates&internal transfers by focusing on compliance, candidate experience,&on-timestarts. Provides clear communication to candidates about the expectations, timeline,&process getting from offer to start date. Ensures compliance by collectingrequired pre-hire contingency documents including,but not limitedto,background check, employment verification, education verification, I-9 verification,license/certificationsverification, or fingerprinting as required by the job description.Utilizes the Applicant Tracking System to transition thecandidate forward to hire&ensureaccuracy of the employee profile, including adding licenses&years of experience datesEnsures the personnel file iscomplete,documents are stored securely,&files are ready for all regulatory audits.Communicates withexternal hire or internal transferbetween the verbal offer&start date,aswellprovidesupdates on clearance status toPartner,Talent Acquisition&other stakeholders.Maintains knowledge about positions,requiredskills, competencies&culture of the unit/organizationtoappropriatelypre-boardcandidatesIs candidate experience minded while being rigorous with compliancerequirementsMaintains a quality collaborative relationshipwithPartners,TA to ensure excellent candidate experiences.

Minimum Qualifications

Mustpossessa comprehensive knowledge of recruiting practices&processes as normally obtained through anAssociate's Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field

AND

Two (2) years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or an administrative or a customer service support role in a high-volume work environment

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to follow tasksthrough tocompletion, understand & relate to complex ideas / concepts, remember multiple tasks &regimensoverlong periodsof time & work on concurrent tasks / projects

AdditionalQualifications(nice to have)

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred

Experience using Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
