What You'll Do

As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for new hires from offer acceptance through their first day, ensuring every team member feels welcomed, informed, and excited to join Specialty Dental Brands.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Guiding new hires through the onboarding process from start to finish.
• Coordinating virtual I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification appointments while ensuring compliance.
• Reviewing I-9 documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Initiating and monitoring background checks and other pre-employment requirements.
• Partnering with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, hiring managers, and practice leaders to ensure onboarding milestones are completed on time.
• Monitoring Paylocity onboarding tasks and following up with new hires as needed.
• Coordinating system access, onboarding documentation, and first-day readiness.
• Maintaining accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), HRIS, and onboarding platforms.
• Preparing onboarding reports and supporting compliance initiatives.
• Assisting with process improvements and providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruiting, or Employee Onboarding.
• Experience with I-9 verification and onboarding compliance preferred.
• Experience with Paylocity, Checkr, or similar HR systems is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for creating an exceptional employee experience.
