We provide them with competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package, which includes tuition reimbursement, group health insurance plans, a fully funded pension, life insurance, contributions towards weight loss and gym memberships, and generous paid time off. Join us and help make aging part of life®!

A national thought leader on the conversation around aging in America, Parker Health Group currently has locations throughout New Jersey in Highland Park, New Brunswick, Monroe Township, Somerset and Piscataway. Parker has a vibrant history of person-centered, long-term care, with a special focus on quality of life. We offer these services and provide subsidized support to people across a range of abilities and needs, in our residences and communities.
Instead of focusing on what the culture tells us we can't do as we grow older, Parker focuses on what we want to do more of. Since 1907, Parker has led the way in aging services - challenging, changing, and expanding the idea of what it means to grow older in America - and how everyone can be #WithIt.
