About the role  

At Qureight, the HR and Talent team sit at the core of the employee lifecycle. We are entering an exciting phase of growth and expanding our headcount. We are therefore looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our HR team on a nine-month contract to support with our growth phase. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the recruitment function, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. The role involves coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruitment systems, and supporting hiring managers and recruiters throughout the recruitment lifecycle. 

What you will do

  • Recruitment coordination: Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple departments while liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters to seamlessly arrange logistics.
  • Candidate experience: Maintain a core focus on ensuring a positive, professional, and welcoming candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
  • Candidate management: Support candidates during the recruitment process by maintaining regular communication regarding application status and interview details.
  • Recruitment administration: Monitor the recruitment inbox and maintain accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workable.
  • Compliance & documentation: Ensure recruitment documentation is completed and stored in accordance with company policy, data protection, and GDPR requirements.
  • Job advertising: Assist with job posting and advertisement management on our website, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
  • Process improvement: Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment legislation, equality, and diversity principles. Identify opportunities to improve workflows and candidate touchpoints.

Requirements

What we need

  • Demonstrable experience in a talent acquisition, recruitment, or talent sourcing role (in-house or agency).
  • Proven experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth organisation.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining high-quality outputs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workable.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and resilient approach to changing environments.
