RAM is a project delivery firm specializing in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering and Advisory services across Canada. RAM is searching for a motivated and experienced individual in Vancouver, BC. About the Role

RAM Consulting is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to play a key role in attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent. This is a dynamic, people-focused position where you'll manage the full recruitment cycle and serve as a RAM brand ambassador.

Working closely with hiring managers across RAM, you'll help shape the candidate experience, build strong talent pipelines, and contribute to the continued growth of the organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent.
  • Manage the candidate experience from job posting through offer, including screening, interviews, assessments, and offer administration.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Leverage innovative sourcing methods to build strong talent pipelines and connect with top talent.
  • Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes, tools, and practices to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate ATS records, and provide insights on hiring activity.
  • Support onboarding activities, including new hire documentation, orientation, and first 90-day support.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, campus events, and industry networking opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data in compliance with employment and privacy legislation.
  • Support HR programs, projects, and administrative initiatives as needed.

Candidate Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruitment.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment channels.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Experience recruiting in engineering, construction, or professional services is an asset.
