The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports end-to-end hiring operations with a focus on pre-employment processing, onboarding coordination, interview logistics, and temporary workforce management. This role ensures a seamless, compliant, and candidate-focused hiring experience from offer acceptance through day-one readiness, while partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and hiring teams to support efficient and effective hiring outcomes.

WORK LOCATION
This role is expected to be onsite at our Pleasant View location in Plymouth, WI 1 day per week and may work remotely 4 days per week. Remote work must be performed within Wisconsin or another approved state in accordance with company policy.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Occasional Travel (up to 10%) – Limited travel for training, meetings, or visits to other Sartori manufacturing facilities.
