About the Role

MSS Security is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our National Talent Acquisition team based in Port Melbourne.

You get to manage end-to-end recruitment across the Victoria and Tasmania portfolio, partnering with operational leaders to attract, engage and hire quality talent across our Security and Aviation Protection divisions.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that suits someone who enjoys being hands-on, thrives on variety and takes pride in delivering great recruitment outcomes.

A Day in the Life

No two days are the same. You will be reviewing applications, screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating compliance, managing candidate communications, advertising roles, updating Workday and partnering with hiring managers to keep multiple recruitment campaigns moving.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment across Security and Aviation Protection roles.

  • Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns and workforce mobilisation.

  • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver quality recruitment outcomes.

  • Manage compliance, licensing and background screening requirements.

  • Monitor recruitment activity and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in internal or agency recruitment.

  • High-volume recruitment experience, ideally within security, aviation, defence or another regulated industry

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach

  • Experience using an ATS (Workday experience is advantageous)

  • Full Australian working rights
