Job Description

At Symbos, we believe great hiring experiences are built through care, clarity and strong partnerships. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who brings structure, attention to detail and a genuine focus on people.

This role plays an important part in delivering a seamless recruitment experience, supporting both candidates and hiring teams with professionalism and consistency at every step.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll support the end-to-end recruitment process and play a key role in ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

  • Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
  • Coordinate interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage scheduling, assessments, and pre-employment requirements
  • Conduct reference checks and support hiring documentation
  • Prepare employment contracts with a high level of accuracy
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports and candidate records
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders across the hiring process
  • Support talent pooling and pipeline activities

What we’re looking for

We’re open to candidates with experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or strong customer-facing roles with a high level of organisation and attention to detail.

  • 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment, HR admin or coordination roles
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail, particularly in documentation and data handling
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Confidence working with stakeholders and managing competing schedules
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and maintaining trackers or databases
  • Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms are a plus
