Responsibilities

• Provide end to end support of key recruiting activities – interview scheduling, track interview progress, follow up on interview feedback and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment tracker with accurate candidate data
• Support the creation of job requisitions and manage job postings across internal and external platforms
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience across all stages of the recruitment journey
• Identify opportunities to enhance overall candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
• Provide support with additional tasks as needed by the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and accuracy in managing candidate information and schedules
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across audience levels
• Proactive and responsive, with a strong sense of ownership over tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred
