Talent Acquisition Coordinator

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, TA Ops and Programs, this role will support our United States recruiting team with scheduling and administrative support. This is a great opportunity meaningfully impact the Candidate and Hiring Manager experience while gaining experience across a variety of talent acquisition competencies!

This position requires working during US PST business hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex interviews for candidates and interview teams across multiple time zones, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for resolving all interview-related issues, including scheduling conflicts and technical difficulties, in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Create a positive and welcoming environment for candidates, acting as an ambassador for our company culture and ensuring they feel valued throughout the process.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with TA Partners and HR Ops on the status of new hires.
  • Handle recruiting-related operational tasks, which may include referral bonus program support, weekly reporting, recruiting fee processing, etc.
  • Responsible for ensuring pre-employment background checks are conducted, reviewed and approved for US hires.
  • Provide support in maintaining Greenhouse data and functionality.

Key Requirements

  • Must be able to work during either US PST business hours.
  • Proven experience with high-volume interview scheduling.
  • Comfortable working with data and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Must be able to exercise good judgment and discretion; ability to secure and maintain private and confidential information.
  • Experience working within Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • A service-oriented approach and a genuine enjoyment in providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
