Job Description

Schedule Full Time | 80 hours | Monday - Friday | 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay Range $29-$31 (non-exempt) based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in finding and welcoming new talent into our Vivie community. You’ll bring energy and expertise to recruiting efforts, university and staffing partnerships, and immigration program oversight — ensuring that we attract and support the best people in every role. With an eye on the future, you’ll help build a strong pipeline of candidates and enhance our hiring experience at every step.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will:

Champion Key Partnerships & Programs

  • Oversee immigration initiatives, ensuring compliance with visas, permits, and renewals. Foster strong college partnerships that support internships and early career hires. Manage relationships with staffing agencies to meet temporary and long-term hiring needs.

Build & Maintain a Strong Talent Pipeline

  • Use sourcing strategies and platforms to attract top talent, from passive candidates to active job seekers. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role qualifications and ensure each department has access to high-quality candidates.

Lead Recruiting Efforts Across Departments

  • Review applications, conduct interviews and reference checks, and extend offers. Ensure all onboarding tasks are completed and new hires are set up for success, while maintaining communication throughout the hiring process.

Support Projects & Process Improvement

  • Partner with the HR team on special projects, contribute to recruitment-related research, and provide operational support as needed. Stay informed on employment laws and evolving talent practices.

This job also requires:

  • Two-year college degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • Four years of Human Resources experience, preferably in recruitment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
  • Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, residents, and visitors.
