Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 / year

ASC Engineered Solutions is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is excited to start and grow a career in Talent Acquisition. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a critical role in delivering a seamless candidate experience, managing interview logistics, supporting sourcing efforts, and becoming our internal expert on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

How You Will Help:

• Schedule interviews across multiple teams and time zones with speed and accuracy
• Ensure a high-quality, professional, and welcoming candidate experience
• Manage calendars, logistics, and last-minute changes with ease

• Partner with recruiters to proactively source candidates across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct initial outreach and screening coordination

• Act as the team’s go-to expert for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and workflow consistency
• Maintain job postings and candidate records
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency

• Assist with offer coordination and onboarding handoffs
• Track recruiting metrics and generate basic reports
• Support recruiting projects and process improvements

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 USD annually *
