Role
Summary
Boswell is seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our talent acquisition function. As we expand our engineering and technical teams, this role is critical in ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for every candidate—from the initial application to their first day.
The ideal candidate is a meticulous administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands that the "Candidate Experience" is a direct reflection of the Boswell brand. You will manage the logistical engine of the HR team, coordinating complex schedules and facilitating a compliant, welcoming onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Logistics & Candidate Experience
- Interview Coordination: Manage and execute complex interview calendars for hiring managers across all departments using Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
- Primary Point of Contact: Act as a professional representative for Boswell, providing timely updates to applicants and ensuring candidates are prepared for their interviews.
- Pipeline Management: Support the TA Specialist (and external consultants) by maintaining a clean and active Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring postings are current and data integrity is preserved.
2. Onboarding & New Hire Transition
- Offer-to-Employee Lifecycle: Facilitate the critical "pre-boarding" window by coordinating background checks, drug screenings, and medical clearances.
- First-Day Readiness: Serve as the primary liaison for new hires, ensuring all equipment, office access, and introductory schedules are finalized prior to their start date.
- Administrative Compliance: Assist HR in the creation and maintenance of digital personnel files, ensuring that all state-mandated and federal new-hire paperwork is completed with 100% accuracy.
3. HR Support & Talent Branding
- Talent Sourcing Support: Assist in identifying potential candidates via LinkedIn and industry-specific job boards to support the growth of our engineering departments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Professional
Experience: Proven experience in HR administration, recruiting coordination, or high-level executive support.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel). Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HRIS is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with executive leadership and external talent.
- Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive personal data and PII with the highest level of discretion and legal compliance.

The hourly non-exempt rate provided reflects the base pay for this role and location. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including relevant education, certifications, and specialized skills.
Salary Range: $58,000.00 – $68,000.00 / Year (Non-Exempt)
