About the Role…Partner with retail leaders to deliver high-volume seasonal recruitment, source top talent, manage candidate pipelines, and create a seamless hiring experience from application to offer. Ideal for a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the Seasonal Recruitment Rush - Support high-volume recruitment across Super Retail Group's iconic retail brands during our peak hiring season.
  • Partner for Success - Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver great recruitment outcomes.
  • Source & Attract Top Talent - Proactively identify, engage and connect with quality candidates through job boards, social media, talent pools and direct sourcing.
  • Drive the Hiring Process - Screen applications, coordinate interviews and manage recruitment activities to keep hiring moving efficiently.
  • Create Outstanding Candidate Experiences - Deliver timely communication, support candidates from application to offer, and ensure every interaction is positive and professional.
  • Build Talent Pipelines & Improve Processes - Maintain accurate recruitment data, track hiring metrics, contribute improvement ideas and build talent pools for future hiring needs.

About You…You'll be a highly organised and customer-focused recruitment professional who enjoys working collaboratively and delivering results.

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Volume Recruitment Expertise - Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or high-volume hiring environments, with retail recruitment exposure highly regarded.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Builder - Confident partnering with hiring leaders and colleagues to deliver collaborative, customer-focused recruitment solutions.
  • Talent Sourcing Specialist - A proactive recruiter who knows how to attract, engage and connect with top talent through multiple sourcing channels.
  • Exceptional Communicator - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create positive experiences for candidates and stakeholders alike.
  • Highly Organised & Detail Focused - Able to manage competing priorities, maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Technology Savvy & Candidate Centric - Experienced using ATS and recruitment technologies, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
