Job Description

Set a new pulse for healthcare!

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Tech & Product Recruiting team in Paris
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your mission will be to help deliver a positive candidate and interviewer experience, coordinate complex interviews, and contribute to the improvement of our recruiting processes. This role is a great opportunity to develop your expertise in talent acquisition while applying your organisational, communication, and project management skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will work closely with recruiters, interviewers, candidates, and hiring teams as part of our global Talent Acquisition organisation across France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands.

What you'll do

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Candidate and interviewer experience: Prepare and send clear, timely communications, including emails, messages, and calendar invitations. Act as a reliable point of contact for candidates and interviewers throughout the recruitment process, including welcoming candidates and supporting their onsite experience when needed.
  • Interview coordination: Organise interviews for technical and product roles, from online one-to-one interviews and technical assessments to case studies, panel interviews, and onsite interviews. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across different time zones and ensure that all participants have the information they need.
  • Recruiting process improvement: Contribute ideas and improvements to our interview processes. Help adapt scheduling workflows to meet candidate and business needs, and take ownership of smaller projects that improve the efficiency and quality of our recruitment operations.
  • Recruitment operations: Support the maintenance of interviewer pools, taking availability, expertise, and diversity into account. Contribute to interviewer training and resources that help create consistent and effective interview experiences.
  • Tools and documentation: Support the adoption of recruitment and scheduling tools, including speech-to-text solutions, to improve efficiency and documentation.
  • Data and reporting: Track scheduling and interview metrics such as time to schedule, time to interview, interview volumes, and declines. Help maintain accurate ATS data and prepare regular reports that support informed decisions about our recruiting processes.

Who you are

Before you read on: if you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply.
You could be our next team mate if you:
  • Have 1+ year of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR operations, or a similar people-focused role
  • Have experience coordinating multiple meetings or interviews, ideally in a technical, product, or high-volume environment
  • Have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency, with the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously while keeping stakeholders informed
  • Bring a thoughtful and empathetic approach to supporting candidates, interviewers, and colleagues
  • Have a curious, solution-oriented mindset with an interest in how processes and tools work, and a willingness to take increasing ownership of coordination and process improvement projects
  • Are fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills, and can adapt your expression to different audiences
Now it would be fantastic if you:
  • Speak French, German, or Italian
  • Have experience using an ATS such as Ashby
