About the role:

We are looking for a self-driven and energetic Talent Acquisition Consultant for our Kyiv Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for a full cycle recruitment of IT and non-IT positions.
We are looking for a person who enjoys a challenge of finding talents with both values and skills match.

Areas of responsibility:

• Ensure effective search strategies and build a strong candidate pipeline

• Make an active search of candidates through headhunting and networking

• Drive and coordinate interviewing processes

• Maintain partnership with hiring managers regarding an effective candidate placement

• Facilitate candidates’ positive experience throughout the recruitment process

• Maintain an applicant tracking system (Teamtailor)

• Participating and conducting Competency-Based interviews

• Take an active role in forming and promoting the employer's brand

Required Experience:

• Previous proven successful experience in IT recruitment from 2 years to 5 years

• Proficiency in English ( B2 level and above)

• Higher education in related fields

• High level of ownership and responsibility

• Business oriented approach

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks under the deadlines

• Proven experience working in a multicultural environment

*Office presence is mandatory for this position
