About the Role

LHi Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our U.S. People Team in New York City.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Candidate Sourcing, Campus Recruiting, or Human Resources while supporting hiring across our growing U.S. business.

You’ll focus initially on the attraction, sourcing, engagement, and pipeline management of entry-level talent across our New York, Los Angeles, Austin, Miami, and Chicago locations. As you develop, you’ll gain exposure to candidate screening, employer branding, university recruitment, recruitment analytics, stakeholder management, and eventually the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.

As our U.S. business continues to grow, our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring the people who will support our next stage of expansion.

What You’ll Do

Talent Sourcing & Candidate Attraction

• Source and engage entry-level and early-career talent for hiring needs across our U.S. offices.
• Use sourcing strategies including LinkedIn, Boolean search, candidate databases, university networks, referrals, market mapping, and targeted outreach to build high-quality talent pipelines.
• Research and develop sourcing strategies designed to expand our reach across different candidate communities and talent pools.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and talent pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for current and future hiring needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates through thoughtful, consistent follow-up.

Employer Branding & Campus Recruiting

• Help promote LHi Group's employer brand through job advertisements, social media, email campaigns, networking events, university partnerships, and referral programs.
• Represent LHi Group externally as a brand ambassador at university events, career fairs, networking events, seminars, and community initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, charity partners, and other external talent communities.
• Partner internally to create engaging, market-relevant recruitment and educational materials.
• Develop your own professional brand through social media, networking, partnerships, and internal and external referrals.

Recruitment & Candidate Experience

• Partner with Talent Acquisition, People/HR, Operations, and Recruitment Sales teams to understand our business, culture, hiring needs, growth plans, and career opportunities.
• As your sourcing expertise develops, take ownership of candidate screening, interviewing, interview coordination, offer management, and full-cycle recruitment.
• Support a positive candidate and new-hire experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.
• Build trusted relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders while developing your ability to consult hiring managers on talent.

Recruitment Data & Analytics

• Track and maintain accurate recruitment and candidate data.
• Measure and report on candidate sourcing, interview activity, hiring conversion rates, and recruitment outcomes.
• Participate in monthly Talent Acquisition reviews to assess performance, market trends, and opportunities to improve our recruitment strategy.
• Use recruitment data and market insights to help support data-driven hiring decisions.
