We are seeking an experience Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team and lead the recruitment of faith-based, retail and social and community services appointments across the organisation. Someone who shares our passion for caring for people, creating faith pathways, building healthy communities, and working for justice.
In this unique role, you will play a vital part in strengthening our mission and ministry by identifying and engaging leaders, pastors, chaplains, and other faith-aligned professionals who embody our values and purpose. Working closely with faith leaders as key stakeholders, you will develop recruitment strategies that attract exceptional candidates committed to making a meaningful difference through service, community engagement, spiritual leadership, and social justice. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring our organisation remains a vibrant, values-driven community where faith and purpose are at the heart of everything we do.
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will also play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organisation by attracting and securing talent aligned to our mission. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
This is a permanent full-time position, 38 hours per week, based in Blackburn.
Salary and conditions of employment equivalent to $84,550 base + Super.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.
We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.

Our campus partners, the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute (MCRI) and The University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics, along with the RCH Foundation, are on site with the hospital in Parkville.
