What is your role?

The TA Coordinator works across the hourly full lifecycle and is key to identifying market trends on hourly recruiting. Partners with agencies and internal areas enabling high-volume, hourly hiring outcomes through workforce planning, process optimization, data-driven insights. Support hiring automation to improve candidate flow, speed, and experience.

This role is responsible for ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruiting process, including the release of candidates.

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:

  • Collaborates with agencies and internal teams such as Communication to deliver strategies that support hourly hiring effectiveness
  • Measures and monitors adoption and effectiveness of hourly hiring strategies and standard work across sites; identifies root causes and implement improvements to ensure consistent delivery of critical hourly talent
  • Partner with leaders to develop screening criteria and interview questions to uncover the information needed from candidates for hourly technical roles
  • Review resumes, screen qualified candidates, source and present to the company to candidates for our open hourly technical roles
  • Partners with HRBPs to create a smooth transition from offer acceptance to new hire onboarding
  • Leads assigned recruiting projects such as employer branding, referrals bonus program updates, recruitment marketing, college recruiting, community outreach, sourcing tools

What do you need to have?

  • 3 to 5+ years of recruiting experience for high volume manufacturing hourly positions for the Monterrey area
  • Results orientation with strong organization, planning, and follow-through
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and phone communication skills
  • Creative and innovative with ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Advanced English skills
