Your Role

Your Role

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant at PALO IT, you will play a crucial role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy, driving the overall recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees to facilitate a flawless integration into the PALO culture.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance our employer brand, ensuring that we attract top talent across all levels.
• Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define role requirements, fostering strong partnerships to facilitate effective recruitment.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking events to identify and attract prospective candidates.
• Enhance the candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing feedback throughout the recruitment process, ensuring candidates feel valued and informed.
• Participate in building a strong company culture through talent mapping, diversity initiatives, and employee referral programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and leverage data analytics to improve recruitment strategies and optimize the hiring process continuously.

Who You Are

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of multitasking and effectively managing competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive problem-solving approach while also being an effective team player.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment, advocating for diversity and equality in the workplace.
