To deliver end-to-end recruitment for Financial Advisor roles (Direct FA, Advancing FA, Academy / Aspiring FA), ensuring a high-quality, compliant, and efficient hiring process aligned to business targets and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle:
- Requisition intake → sourcing → screening → interviews → offer → onboarding
- Deliver against high-volume FA hiring targets and intake cycles
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for continuous FA demand
2. Candidate Sourcing & Attraction
- Source candidates across:
- Financial services networks (independent brokers, tied agents, FA academies)
- LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and competitor mapping
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for:
- Experienced Financial Advisors (production track record)
- Aspiring / entry-level Financial Advisors (academy model)
3. Screening & Assessment
- Conduct detailed screening aligned to FA requirements, including:
- Financial services experience (FAIS environment)
- Production and earnings validation (e.g., payslips, book size, AUM)
- Regulatory fit (RE qualifications, CPD readiness)
- Assess candidate suitability across:
- Sales capability
- Client engagement skills
- Compliance and governance mindset
4. Stakeholder Management
- Partner with:
- Distribution / Advice leadership
- Hiring managers and regional heads
- HR Business Partners
- Guide hiring managers on:
- Interview capability
- Selection criteria for FA roles
5. Process Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to:
- FAIS and regulatory hiring requirements
- Internal governance (background checks, vetting, approvals)
- Manage candidate documentation completeness to avoid delays
6. Recruitment Operations & Reporting
- Track pipeline metrics:
- Conversion rates (application → hire)
- Time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates
- Provide insights on:
- Hiring funnel performance
- Candidate quality trends
- Support workforce planning for FA intake cycles
Key Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
Experience
- 3–6 years recruitment experience
- Strong exposure to:
- Financial services recruitment OR sales recruitment
- High-volume hiring environments
- Experience recruiting:
- Financial Advisors, Insurance Advisors, or Broker roles (highly advantageous)
Technical & Functional Skills
- Knowledge of:
- FAIS environment and financial advisory roles
- Sales-driven recruitment models
- Strong capability in:
- Candidate screening & profiling
- Stakeholder engagement
- Pipeline management tools (e.g., Workday, ATS platforms)
