A leading semi-state energy organisation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator to join their Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence in Dublin 2

This position will work closely with HR Governance, Strategic Resource teams and hiring managers to coordinate end-to-end recruitment activity across the business.

• Up to €300 per day
• Hybrid working model.Based in Dublin 2
• 36.25-hour working week. Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 16:45

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the advertising and approval process for new resources with HR Governance and Strategic Resource teams
• Manage candidate communications, pre-screening, interview scheduling and the end-to-end recruitment process for internal and external hires
• Maintain recruitment data, trackers and provide regular reports to management and HR
• Support Early Talent and graduate recruiting activities, including representing the company at careers events
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with GDPR and data clearance requests
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, keeping up to date with recruitment trends and employment legislation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment functions
• Strong ability to meet deadlines with excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of HR practices, policies and employment legislation
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning and organisational abilities
• Flexible team player

Desirable

• HR qualification or equivalent relevant work experience
• Knowledge of SharePoint and SAP
• Experience using social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, for recruitment purposes
