About the opportunity

Here you’ll lead the ongoing design and delivery of our Graduate and Intern programmes, ensuring they offer an inclusive and engaging experience. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to align programme activity with our business goals.

This role includes coordinating and attending recruitment events, strengthening our early career brand, and continuously improving our approach to meet candidate needs. You’ll use data, insights, and industry trends to refine programme design and monitor performance.

Building strong relationships with education partners is key, along with supporting our DEI objectives through thoughtful programme development. You’ll lead STEM initiatives that help build long-term talent pipelines and contribute your skills to broader talent acquisition initiatives.

About you

You’ll thrive in this role if you’ve already spent significant time in Talent Acquisition concentrating on graduate and intern programmes and understanding what it takes to make them shine. You can step in with confidence, drawing on your experience to build trust with stakeholders and put your ideas forward. We are a supportive and friendly team, so help and business knowledge sharing is always at hand.
