Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and job offer.
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements, competencies, and hiring priorities.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job fit, qualifications, and cultural alignment.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels, ensuring timely communication and updates.
Maintain and update applicant data using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accuracy in recruitment reports.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with the Sourcing team to strengthen the candidate pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Prepare and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline status, and hiring efficiency.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, data privacy, and labor regulations.
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or recruitment campaigns as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a shared services, corporate, or BPO environment.
Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment and familiarity with various sourcing techniques.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel)
