Job Description


Works closely with a team of recruiters managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships to support the daily Talent Acquisition operations functions for a call-center facility.



•Scheduling interviews and phone screens.

•Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reporting.

•Updating candidate records, job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new employees for orientation.

•Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience.

•Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities and events as needed.

  • At least 3 months of previous experience in recruitment or a similar administrative role.

  • Basic to intermediate English communication skills (oral and written).

  • Schedule flexibility is required, including availability to work occasional weekends.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information securely.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar office software.

  • - Minimum 3 months of tenure in the current position with no active disciplinary actions on record.
