Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Endorse qualified candidates to the hiring team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 6 months–1 year recruitment experience preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Willing to work onsite and flexible shifts.
