Avomind ist eine Personalberatung mit Fokus auf Recruiting in 3 Bereichen: Strategie, Vertrieb und Data. Wir unterstützen vor allem schnell und international wachsenden Unternehmen bei Ihrer Personalbedarf. 
Unser Team ist vielfältig und international – wir sprechen über 20 Sprachen, unsere Kunden und Projekte sind weltweit (DACH, EU, USA; Asien).
Nun suchen wir ab sofort nach einem(r) Talent Acquisition Associate für unser Berliner Büro. Wenn du motiviert, engagiert und neugierig auf die Welt des Recruitings bist, bist du bei uns genau richtig!
Deine Aufgaben
  • Outbound- und Inbound-Recruiting
  • Recherche von Kandidat:innen über LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, Google und mehreren Networking events. 
  • Screening von Bewerber:innen per Telefon oder Video Calls. 
  • Koordination von Interviews und Terminplanung.
  • Verantwortung für Candidate Experience
  • Teilnahme an Networking events (Campus, Partnerschaften, Kundenevents).
Anforderungen:
  • >2 Jahre Erfahrung in Recruiting oder Vertrieb. Idealerweise in einer Agentur oder vergleichbarer Umgebung mit intensiver Kunden -und Stakeholderinteraktion. 
  • Erfahrung mit Linkedin Recruiter und internen ATS.
  • Sehr gute Recherchefähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Spaß bei wechselnden Prioritäten und agilen Strukturen
  • Fokus auf Projekterfolg auch bei herausforderndem Scope
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
