The Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in Gurugram is ERM’s global operating backbone. It delivers business enablement services in Finance, HR, IT, and Commercial Operations to ensure ERM’s global business runs seamlessly, efficiently, and consistently.

At the GDC, you will:

  • Be part of a hub that ensures ERM’s business continuity worldwide.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across geographies to support global operations.
  • Drive consistency, compliance, and efficiency in core functions.
  • Work with digital, automation, and AI-enabled tools to optimise how ERM operates.
  • Work in shifts where required, depending on the role. As processes mature and automation increases, reliance on shifts will reduce.

Why this role matters?

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support ERM's global recruitment delivery by coordinating end-to-end hiring activities for Business Consulting talent across the EMEA region. You will work within the Talent Acquisition team, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and HR stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience and efficient hiring outcomes. This role is critical to maintaining recruitment quality, process compliance, data accuracy, and operational scalability while supporting ERM's growth objectives.

What your impact is?

  • Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience through effective interview coordination and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure timely completion of recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, pre-employment checks, and onboarding support.
  • Maintain high levels of data accuracy and process compliance across recruitment systems and reporting.
  • Support Talent Acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide accurate recruitment reporting and insights to support hiring decisions and workforce planning.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and enablement of Talent Acquisition processes across ERM Global Services.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition Coordination, Recruitment Operations, HR Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and process governance.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams, recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Exposure to HR systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, or recruitment technologies.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and a willingness to learn.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting EMEA or global recruitment processes.
  • Exposure to Workday, Gem, or other Talent Acquisition technology platforms.
  • Experience working within a shared services or global delivery environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Interest in sustainability and purpose-led organizations.
  • Experience utilizing automation or AI-enabled tools within recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient scheduling process.
  • Manage candidate communications and provide an exceptional recruitment experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Conduct pre-employment screening, background verification, and reference check activities in compliance with company policies.
  • Perform audit checks and ensure recruitment data is accurate, complete, and compliant with Talent Acquisition governance standards.
  • Support Talent Acquisition reporting activities, data collation, and quality assurance processes.
  • Assist with recruitment projects, process optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Maintain accurate records within ATS, CRM, and HR systems.
  • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to support successful hiring outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of ERM recruitment processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition enablement efforts and operational excellence initiatives across ERM Global Services.
