Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, build strong talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across technical and non-technical functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate technical interviews, assessments, and interview schedules.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports in the ATS.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Negotiate offers and manage the offer rollout process.
• Support employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment, and hiring events.
• Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best hiring practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, etc.).
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience recruiting for the gaming, software, or technology industry.
• Familiarity with recruitment analytics and hiring metrics.
• Experience with employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
