Why this role is important to us

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate – Global Talent Hubto drive recruitment delivery across Client Services, Commercial, and Operations teams, with aprimaryfocus on Mexicoand occasional support ofthe USA, and Canada.

This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your exposure across diverse functions, seniority levels, and geographic markets while working within a Hub model thatoperateswith an agency mindset — proactivelyidentifying, qualifying, and sharing talent across the wider TA organization.

This position is critical to supporting our growth and scalability agenda by delivering flexible, high-impact recruitment support across regions and business units. You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues and business stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be embedded in a high-performing global team designed to accelerate hiring, improve operational efficiency, and provide scalable recruitment solutions across fluctuating capacity and volume needs.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for Mexico, with occasional support for the USA and Canada.

  • Proactively source and build talent pipelines by applying advanced direct sourcing techniques and comprehensive market research toidentifyhigh-impact candidates across global talent markets.

  • Conduct in-depth market research and talent intelligence to build sustainable pipelines for current and future hiring needs within Client Services, Commercial, and Operations teams.

  • Operate with an agency mindset by proactivelyidentifyingand sharing qualified candidate profiles with other recruiters and teams, accelerating hiring speed, improving quality, and enhancing organizational flexibility in recruitment delivery.

  • Serve as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor to stakeholders, supporting hiring initiatives, developing sourcing strategies,providingtalent market insights, and ensuring a strong employer brand and candidate experience.

  • Contribute to global and regional Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects, driving innovation, scalability, and operational excellence across the TA function.

What we Value

  • Minimum of 1 year ofpreviousexperience as a Talent Acquisition Partner,Sourcer, or Talent Scout.

  • Experience in sourcing and pipelining niche candidates through proactive recruitment strategies, includingheadhuntingand executive search capabilities.

  • Ability tooperatewith an agency mindset, proactively share qualified candidate profiles, and serve as a talent multiplier for other recruiters.

  • Understandingofspecializedhiring within Financial Services, and Technology sectors, with proven experience recruiting technical business profiles.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible delivery model, shifting priorities and supporting high-volume or capacity-constrained hiring initiatives.

  • Advanced Englishproficiency, with the confidence to engage in constructive challenge, influence hiring decisions, and provide market-informed recommendations.

  • Based in Mexico City, Mexico, with the ability to attend the office2days per week.
