Manages full life‑cycle recruiting for entry‑level and routine roles while supporting the broader recruiting team with scheduling, communication, and ATS accuracy. Ensures smooth process execution and a positive candidate experience as they build foundational recruiting skills.

Position Responsibilities:

·Follows established processes and relies on checklists for screening

· Conduct initial candidate screenings using defined criteria and established interview guides

· Conducts entry level recruiting to include pre screen, scheduling interviews

· Support sourcing efforts through job postings, resume searches, and candidate outreach

· Provide timely communication to candidates and hiring managers throughout the process

· Partner with senior recruiters to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to recruiting procedures

·Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure timely updates.

·Assist with logistics for job fairs, career events, and campus programs.

·Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow‑ups.

·Ensure compliance by following established hiring processes and documentation standards.

·Partner with recruiters and HR team members to support onboarding tasks as needed.

Position Qualifications:

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

• 0-2 years of work-related experience

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Office Environment
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
