Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate
Location: Shayan Iconic Tower, Shaheed-e-Millat Rd, Karachi
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday - Friday
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team at Scaleup Connect. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our organizational growth. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand staffing needs and build a pipeline of qualified candidates across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Manage and track candidate applications using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Post job openings on relevant job boards and platforms
- Follow up with candidates and provide timely feedback
- Assist in developing and improving recruitment strategies and processes
- Attend job fairs and networking events to build talent communities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or similar sourcing tools
- Previous experience recruiting is plus point
- Basic social media marketing skills for employer branding
- Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting
- Bilingual abilities (Urdu/English) is a plus
