40The Talent Acquisition Assistant supports Talent Acquisition by coordinating and executing key aspects of the hiring process. This role is responsible for screening applications, conducting high-volume pre-qualification candidate screens, drafting post screening summaries, scheduling interviews, ensuring candidate eligibility and documentation compliance, and supporting external and internal candidate sourcing activities. The Talent Acquisition Assistant sources qualified candidates using applicant tracking and HR systems and may contact candidates directly to discuss open positions, conduct interview screenings, and guide candidates through the application process. Acting as a key liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and members of the talent acquisition teams, this role delivers a positive candidate experience while ensuring the timely execution of hiring activities and expediting the talent acquisition process.
