
Talent Acquisition Assistant (35 hours per work 6 month fixed term contract)
Clerical Grade 111 - Remuneration: €31,934 - €49,446.00 dependent on relevant experience.
Job Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Administrator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end compliance process for a variety of roles and specialities for our hospital. Provide a high-quality Talent Acquisition service for all departments/functions within the hospital.
Experience & Responsibility:
Oversee all stages of the candidate experience (including application, interviews, communications, contract management and on boarding etc).
Conduct recruitment campaigns from start to finish with efficacy and accuracy including preparing, organising and conducting interviews.
Ensure communications with candidates is prompt and professional at all stages of the recruitment process.
Ensure full compliance and adherence to legislation impacting recruitment processes and ensure that working practices meet legislative needs in recruitment.
Ensure that recruitment documentation is prepared to the highest possible standard to ensure a high-quality service.
Ensuring the importance of discretion and awareness of confidential information.
Ensure all recruitment and HR record keeping is maintained in line with legislative and accreditation requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of recruitment documentation, interview notes, correspondence, records, etc and all aspects of the service.
Ensure that all work is delivered within deadlines and that service levels are maintained, escalating matters where necessary.
Ideal Candidate:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to priorities and manage multiple tasks
Excellent IT and Administrative skills
Previous HR, recruitment or healthcare experience would be a strong advantage
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
May also suit new graduate with a keen interest in Recruitment full training will be provided.
