
As Xiliun Poland we are currently looking for Talent Acquisition and HR Development Partner to reinforce Polish entity based in Warsaw.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational and strategic support for recruitment processes (from needs mapping to hiring) and employee development (talent management). Identifying, developing and retaining key talent, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Monitoring performance and employee satisfaction levels (regular appraisals). Building and maintaining relationships with team members, safeguarding the employer’s reputation and ensuring the smooth running of the company’s business operations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Talent acquisition: Independently managing end-to-end recruitment processes for specialist and managerial roles.
• Agreeing, and implementing the recruitment and professional development plan adopted for the Polish market.
• Administrating the HR processes: job descriptions, competency frameworks, performance review, employee evaluations, employee satisfaction and engagement surveys, and the co-design of career development pathways).
• Administering employee benefits and wellbeing schemes.
• Collaborating with the HR Manager, Global HR Director and Management Board.
• Collaborating with external partners – recruitment agencies, recruitment platforms, employee benefits providers, and training institutions and centers to enhance talent development opportunities within the company.
• Aligning internal HR policies on recruitment and employee development with legislative requirements and Group standards.
• Fostering the organizational culture and the company’s image as an employer.
• Developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) for human resources management, and implementing corrective measures where necessary.
• University degree in a relevant field or postgraduate studies in HR
• Between 3 to 5 years’ experience in leading recruitment projects and in the independent and comprehensive management of talent.
• Knowledge of employment law and human resources management processes, including knowledge of remuneration policy and pay systems.
• Ability to actively supporting strategic initiatives
• Proactive, flexible, and open to new challenges

• Analytical thinking with the ability to draw conclusions and support the decision-making process
• Confidentiality, diplomacy and professional ethics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Extensive experience in the implementation of recruitment projects and talent development
• Experience in designing career paths, developing and implementing effective development programs
• Communicative proficiency in English (spoken and written B2/C1).
• Polish – native
• Knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage
• Experience in an international or multicultural environment will be an advantage.
