Job Description

What will you take care of?

As a 6 months Intern you will join the Talent Acquisition team within Bosch’s Human Resources department based in Milan.

  • You will support the Talent Acquisition team throughout the different stages of the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interview scheduling and participation.
  • You will contribute to the organization and management of Employer Branding initiatives, such as Career Days, internal and external recruiting events, as well as collaborations with universities and other partners.
  • You will become part of Bosch’s HR department and gain first-hand exposure to its activities and processes, working closely with different business functions, internal stakeholders and HR service providers.
  • You will support the team in day-to-day activities, ensuring deadlines are met and contributing to the preparation of HR materials, reports and presentations.
  • You will have the opportunity to strengthen your skills in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, working in a dynamic, international and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you?

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Humanities, Economics or a related field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources Management. A Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in HR is considered a plus.

Languages: good command of English, at least B2 level, and Italian, at least C1 level.

Skills: good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Personality: you are curious, organized and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and a genuine interest in Human Resources and Recruiting.

Additional Information

What We Offer:

  • Duration: 6-month full-time internship, available as either a curricular or extracurricular internship.
  • Bosch Italy provides a monthly internship allowance. Depending on the candidate's educational background, the allowance ranges from €700 to €900 gross per month.
  • The internship is planned to start in November
