Job Purpose

This position reports to the Human Resources Management team and its purpose is to efficiently and effectively fill vacant positions by building a viable talent pool, fostering a positive candidate experience, and acting as an internal business partner. The role involves leading the onboarding process for the facility, developing the plan, tailoring it to individual needs, and ensuring its adherence to provide new employees with a valuable onboarding experience. Additionally, the role includes proposing and developing programs and activities to increase employee loyalty and promote a healthy and safe work environment.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Selection: Manages the filling of vacancies through recruitment processes, interviews, background checks, and coordination with requesting departments, ensuring effective closing and providing feedback to candidates.
  • Inclusion and Candidate Experience: Ensures that recruitment processes are aligned with inclusion and non-discrimination policies, guaranteeing a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Hiring Tracking and Metrics: Tracks new hires (30, 60, and 90 days), measures recruitment effectiveness, and proposes improvement actions based on key performance indicators.
  • Talent Pipeline: Develops and maintains talent pools for critical or high-turnover positions, ensuring timely coverage.
  • Employee Services Management: Oversees employee services and facilities (cafeteria, transportation, cleaning, etc.), ensuring their proper functioning and reporting any issues.
  • Organizational Climate and Well-being: Designs and implements initiatives based on the climate survey, promoting a healthy work environment and evaluating their impact.
  • Culture and commitment: Organizes cultural, social, and sporting activities that strengthen integration and a sense of belonging.
  • External engagement and networking: Establishes partnerships with external institutions to generate benefits and strengthen talent retention.
  • Global collaboration and continuous improvement: Participates in global HR communities to share and adopt best practices.
  • Analysis and reporting: Prepares regular reports on the results and impact of initiatives, driving corrective actions when necessary.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading employee wellness programs and filling vacancies at all levels.
    • Advanced English proficiency, demonstrable.
    • Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law.
    • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, time management, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask under pressure and complete tasks successfully.
