Manage all recruitment process, is responsible for the full hiring cycle, from sourcing talent and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring excellent employees, ensuring that the administration of the associates is accurate, aligned with the law. Design and implement general recruitment strategies.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Leads full cycle recruitment and selection for positions at all levels in conjunction with the management team.
  • Prepare recruitment material and post positions on job boards and manage meetings with headhunters.
  • Monitor and implement HR recruiting best practices by providing analytical recruiting reports.
  • Liaise with various recruitment agencies to successfully fill vacancies and agreements with universities.
  • Onboards new employees with respect to HR, including ongoing HR training for all staff.
  • Recommends or implements, as necessary, the best solution(s) for resolving the problem.
  • Knowledge of Employment Standards and Human Rights.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or related field.
  • Proficient in English language.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of interviewing skills, tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
