At 4WD Supacentre, we’re building something big. Big growth. Big hiring volumes. Big expectations. We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Adviser who knows how to get on the tools, partner with leaders, and actually get roles filled.

This is not an admin support role. This is end-to-end internal recruitment with real ownership and real impact.

What you’ll be doing (the good stuff)

  • Owning recruitment from approved request to signed contract
  • Running multiple roles at once across retail, warehouse and corporate portfolios
  • Partnering directly with leaders and driving hiring outcomes, not waiting on them
  • Getting on the phones and headhunting talent using direct sourcing, referrals and talent pools
  • Building strong pipelines so we’re not always starting from scratch
  • Running structured phone and video interviews that actually assess capability
  • Delivering a candidate experience that reflects our brand and culture
  • Keeping our ATS clean, compliant and up to date
  • Spotting bottlenecks early and fixing them before they become problems

What we’re looking for

  • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in a fast-moving environment
  • Not afraid to call it out, reset priorities, and keep things moving
  • Strong sourcing skills and zero fear of picking up the phone
  • Sharp communication and solid organisation
  • Comfortable juggling priorities and staying cool under pressure
  • Available to work full-time from our Olympic Park Support Office (this is not a hybrid role)
  • Proven experience managing high-volume or multi-site recruitment portfolios
