NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. Talent Acquisition Administrator

Do you have experience in Talent Acquisitions and want to work for a company that positively impacts the lives of the many individuals it serves? In the TA Administrator role, you will contribute to the company’s commitment to serve others by ensuring an efficient process and creating a positive candidate/new hire experience.

• Accurately tracks candidates’ progress throughout the hiring process, utilizing the applicant tracking system.
• Communicate required next steps with candidates and forward offer letters to the candidates
• Complete pre-employment requirements respective to operating group, state, and funding regulations
• Alerts the hiring manager and Human Resources with any concerns or discrepancies relative to: Background checks, driver’s license checks, state registries, reference checks, Social Security numbers, fingerprints, or other pre-employment requirements
• Work closely with Talent Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure a quality candidate experience and onboarding process
• Proactively seek to maintain candidate engagement throughout the process
• Verifies that all required information is collected and sent.
• Maintains confidentiality, and appropriately handles confidential documents

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree strongly preferred
• Minimum 1 year of related recruitment experience preferred
• Experience with applicant tracking software and online recruitment strategies preferred
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with ability to quickly build rapport with others

Physical Requirements

• Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
