About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our People & Culture team. This is an entry-level opportunity suited to someone looking to build a career in recruitment, where you will provide essential administrative support across the hiring process.

Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will assist in coordinating recruitment activities, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates. You will play a key role in keeping recruitment processes organised, timely and efficient.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and is eager to develop their skills in talent acquisition within a professional services setting.

About the Team

The People & Culture team is based in Brisbane and supports all offices nationally. You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team that partners closely with Principals and hiring managers across the firm.

The team is passionate about attracting great talent, delivering positive candidate experiences, and supporting the business as it continues to grow. We foster a culture of learning, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across recruitment activities
  • Coordinate job advertisements, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
  • Assist with resume screening and initial candidate shortlisting
  • Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment processes
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, systems, and documentation
  • Support communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Lead with recruitment campaigns and projects
  • Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring activity
  • Ensure processes are followed in line with company policies and timelines
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems
