Full Time | 6-Month Fixed Term (Potential to Extend) | Adelaide
As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will support the recruitment team by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring job requisitions are accurately maintained. You’ll be the first point of contact for many candidates, making a strong first impression of our organisation.
About the role:
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong administrative and systems capability (experience with Workday highly regarded).
Confident communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders and candidate follow-ups.
Proactive problem-solver who identifies risks early and acts decisively.
Comfortable working in a compliance-driven, time-sensitive environment.
Must have full Australian working rights
Must be willing to undergo a national police check
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in recruitment, administration, or customer service (highly regarded)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
A proactive, can-do attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
