Your position

As a Talent Acquisition you will report directly to the Head of People & Culture Mexico andplay an integral role in the team. You will:

• General HR program/policy development, administration, and compliance.
• Employee hiring, onboarding, termination, and records maintenance.
• Mobility (strategy and design, relocation services domestic and international and immigration services).
• Staffing and recruiting.
• Number of job openings.

Your profile

• Experience with competency-based interviewing techniques.
• Managing the volume of job openings.
• Knowledge of the Intermediate Office Suite.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with databases.
• Recruitment experience ranging from manufacturing to executive levels.
• Psychometric tests.

Education and Professional Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Relevant experience 2 to 5 years.

Technical and Core Competencies

• Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
• Experience with the Success Factors system.
• Attracting professionals to our hybrid and remote model.
• Management of recruitment platforms
