Team Purpose:
Wir als Order Fulfillment Team stellen die zuverlässige Belieferung der Kunden unserer Auslandsgesellschaften sicher. Wir sind sechs motivierte Kolleginnen und Kollegen und arbeiten aus Stuttgart (1. Stock).
Tasks:
Abwicklung von Reklamationen: Von der Problem-Analyse über die Kommunikation mit Lieferanten, Lagerstandorten und Auslandsgesellschaften bis hin zur Einleitung entsprechender Lösungsmaßnahmen
Retourenabwicklung: Unterstützung in der Bearbeitung der Quartalsretouren der Auslandsgesellschaften in Richtung der Lagerstandorte und den Lieferanten sowie UPS-Retouren
Prüfung-, Stornierung- und Änderung von Aufträgen
Bearbeitung von Terminaufträgen: Sicherstellung einer sorgfältigen Planung und Koordination
Direktlieferungen: Organisieren von Transporten vom Lieferanten direkt zum Geschäftskunden
