
Team Purpose:
As the Operational Excellence team, we pursue the goal of continuously improving processes and sustainably increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization. A key foundation for this is a strongly embedded Integrated Management System (IMS). The IMS team plays a central role by ensuring that all relevant business processes, standards, and policies are designed in a consistent, systematic, and audit-ready manner. In this way, the IMS provides the framework within which operational excellence can be effectively realized over the long term.
Complementing this, the Business Performance Management (BPM) team works to make organizational performance measurable, enable data-driven decision-making, and create transparency regarding goal achievement, KPIs, and strategic priorities. Through its analyses, the BPM team provides critical impulses for improvement and ensures that initiatives and projects are aligned with overarching corporate objectives.
Building on this foundation, the Project Team (PT) unfolds its impact: professional, consistent, and structured project management ensures that changes are efficiently planned, implemented, and controlled. With clear methodologies, defined roles, and standardized tools, project management supports the successful execution of strategic and operational initiatives and ensures that improvements are sustainably embedded within the organization.
Tasks
- Process Documentation & Analysis
You will learn:
- Understanding of our Continuous Improvement System
- Know How in how to operate "LucidChart", our process documentation software
- Wide network in I&P as stakeholders are spread all over our organization
Your profile:
- Good english skills required / german language is nice to have
- Basic MS office365 know How (Teams, Powerpoint...)
Working time:
3 months, about 8-16 hours a week
