Team Purpose:
HRIS means Human Resources Information System, in our case Workday -Everyone of you works with Workday, clock in/out, vacation, personal information, payslips to name a few. And we are the team that configures everything in the backround. You will work with the entire HR team globally (US&EU).
Tasks:
We currently work on enabling HR in Workday and there we need support.
Explaining Business Processes and support material for our trainings.
Communication of changes that happened in the latest month to the HR Team.
Updating communication in the Intranet.

You will learn:
Good knowledge of an HRIS system and HR processes.
What different roles in HR do in the system.
Your Profile:
Really good English skills are required, we only speak English in the team. Global team based all over Europe.
Good system understanding as a User.
Good organisational skills and self management of tasks.
No micro management. We want you to take over responsibility and manager yourself and deadlines.
Lenght of stay and working hours:
As long as possible, but minimum 3 month.
we pontentionally could offer bachelor thesis or project thesis, but only after 3 month stay and not before.
Working hours -full time and potentionally sometimes a bit later until 6 or so, because we do work with US colleagues and due to time zone changes, this could happen sometimes.
