About the team

Join our Transfer Pricing team of more than 45 colleagues in Copenhagen and Aarhus. We help international and Danish businesses turn complex tax, finance and operating-model questions into practical solutions. As a Manager, you will bring your experience to a collaborative team, take a leading role in client engagements and contribute to developing our people and practice.

You will lead a broad range of projects for clients across sectors. Working with colleagues across Deloitte, you will turn complex analyses into practical advice and take responsibility for engagements from planning through to delivery. You will also help develop less experienced colleagues and continue building your own technical and leadership skills through training in Denmark and at Deloitte University in Paris.

• Manage transfer pricing engagements across advisory, compliance and disputes, overseeing teams, timelines and quality.
• Build client relationships and deliver practical advice with colleagues across Deloitte’s international network.
• Develop less experienced colleagues through feedback, work review and knowledge sharing.
• Help grow our practice by spotting new opportunities and shaping solutions for existing and new clients.

The role is full-time, and we are looking for professionals for our offices in both Copenhagen and Aarhus, Denmark.

Kvalifikationer

We are looking for experienced transfer pricing professionals who are ready to take responsibility for client engagements and contribute to the development of our team. You may already be working as a Manager ready for the next step.

You combine technical expertise with a practical understanding of client needs. You take ownership, collaborate openly and are comfortable coordinating the work of others while remaining hands-on with analysis and delivery.

What you bring to the team:

• A relevant academic background, such as law, economics, finance, accounting or business.
• Solid experience in transfer pricing, gained in an advisory firm, an in-house role or a comparable environment (minimum 5 years).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex technical and financial information into clear recommendations.
• Curiosity about technology and judgement when using AI-enabled tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication, and confidence discussing technical matters with clients and colleagues.
• An interest in developing others through guidance, feedback and knowledge sharing.
• A strong client-service mindset and an interest in building relationships and contributing to new opportunities.
• Work permit in Denmark
