Colonial Honda is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager for a term position, with the potential for extension or transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
The Service Department is a critical part of our dealership’s success, driving customer satisfaction, supporting overall operations, and ensuring a seamless ownership experience. This role is more than managing workflow; it’s about leadership, accountability, and building a high-performing team.
As service manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, lead and develop your team, and ensure efficient processes and exceptional customer service. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to coach, motivate, and problem-solve will have a direct impact on both team success and business results.
We are looking for a strong leader with proven automotive service experience who can step in, make an immediate impact, and elevate the performance of the department.
